Dental veneers can enhance your smile in as little as two appointments! Our talented dentists will meet with you one-on-one to examine your teeth, discuss your smile goals and determine if veneers are the best option for your smile.

Dental veneers are very thin shells, typically made of porcelain or resin, that are bonded to the front of your teeth to enhance the beauty of your smile. Our dentists may recommend dental veneers to correct several types of smile imperfections. Porcelain veneers are an excellent choice for enhancing your smile because the color and translucence of porcelain is a great match for the natural appearance of tooth enamel. Porcelain is stain resistant as well, so your smile will stay bright for years to come. Resin veneers can also be matched to your natural tooth color. With dental veneers, you can achieve a beautiful, natural-looking smile that you will love to show off.

Our dentists may recommend dental veneers if you would like to improve the appearance of your smile. Custom-made veneers can be used for just one tooth or for your entire smile. We may suggest veneers to:

  • Close large spaces and gaps between teeth
  • Whiten teeth that are severely stained or discolored
  • Improve the appearance of irregularly shaped teeth
  • Correct slightly crooked teeth
  • Restore teeth that are broken, chipped, worn or fractured
  • One of the most requested brands of porcelain veneers, Lumineers, has revolutionized the field of cosmetic dentistry. As certified dentists providing Lumineers in Ohio, our team is proud to provide a minimally invasive option for enhancing our patients’ smiles.
Discover Why So Many Patients Are Asking for Lumineers

If you have stained or chipped teeth, you may have already talked to your dentist or oral surgeon about porcelain veneers. Traditionally made out of porcelain or resin composite, veneers are thin, tooth-shaped shells customized to fit the contour of your natural teeth.

Historically, dentists had to shave down significant parts of their patients’ enamel to ensure the optimal fit for their veneers. Thanks to advances in technology and functional medicine, however, Lumineers are an AACD-approved alternative to traditional porcelain veneers.

What are Lumineers, exactly?

Lumineer porcelain veneers deliver a natural-looking smile in just a couple of sessions when you opt for a certified Lumineer dentist. Developed by a team of experts, Lumineers are a proprietary dental technology created to make a beautiful smile more accessible and less invasive.

Lumineer porcelain veneers are digitally designed to be as thin as a contact lens, removing the need for extensive shaving or drilling and other discomforts that come with traditional porcelain veneers. Additionally, the cost of Lumineers are often more affordable than traditional veneers, making them a more accessible option for patients looking to enhance their smile.

How do Lumineers work?

Transforming your smile with Lumineers is easy because we can place them within two visits with no drilling, discomfort, shots, or medication. Lumineers can last longer than 20 years. They’re made only from patented Cerinate porcelain, which is only accessible to certified Lumineer dentists.

During your first consultation, we will discuss the details of the treatment and design the shape and color of your new smile. We’ll take impressions of your upper and lower teeth and send them to Cerinate Smile Design Studio for the creation of your custom-designed Lumineers. Because of their minimally invasive design, most of our patients go through this process with no preparation or drilling of their natural teeth.

Between 10-14 days after your initial visit we will be ready to place your Lumineers in a comfortable setting. After trying on your Lumineers to ensure the fit is comfortable, we will lightly etch your teeth. This painless process helps promote a stronger bond between your teeth and the veneers as they get adhered to your teeth with a non-toxic bonding material.
